The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regards to the higher amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area regularly. The service stage produced for intervention experiences a higher inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for that office to attend to all people who go to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to help the servicing of all shoppers and enhance entry to Social sassa status Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
